What if you didn't build my website?
That's fine — Care and Growth are designed for sites someone else built. I start with a review of what's there, then work from that baseline.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans are month-to-month, so you can pause or cancel whenever your needs change. The website itself stays yours either way.
How do the monthly work hours work?
Care, Growth, and Partner each include a monthly hour allowance for hands-on work: Care up to 1 hour, Growth up to 5 hours, Partner up to 10 hours. Hours reset each month and don't roll over, and if you switch plans, the new plan's allowance replaces the old one rather than adding to it. Hosting, updates, backups, security monitoring, and each plan's reporting are separate from this allowance — they're included regardless of hours used.
How fast do updates and requests get handled?
Routine requests within your plan's monthly hours are handled as part of the regular maintenance schedule; anything urgent gets prioritized ahead of it. Work is always prioritized together with you, and anything larger is assessed — and quoted, if needed — before it starts, so there's no fixed turnaround promised beyond that.
Is hosting included?
Yes — managed hosting is included with every Care, Growth, and Partner plan, separate from each plan's monthly work-hour allowance.
What counts as a "minor content update"?
Small text or image changes to existing pages — not a redesign or new functionality. This is what Care's monthly hour is for. Anything beyond that hour, or a request that needs more than small edits, is scoped and quoted separately, outside the monthly plan, with your approval before any charge.
Can I switch between Care, Growth, and Partner later?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, so moving up or down as your needs change is straightforward.
Do you guarantee uptime?
No specific uptime figure is guaranteed, but uptime and security are actively monitored as part of every plan, so problems get caught quickly rather than sitting unnoticed.
